Electrical power from low voltage electrical energy grids, capacity allowance is 400 kW or more

Pursuant to the Law on Electricity of the Republic of Lithuania, customers, when paying for electricity transmission services, must also pay for services implementing public interest at the price established under the procedure laid down in legal acts that is not included into the indicated constituents of energy prices.

By resolution  22.12.2017 the public service obligation price set by the National Commission for Prices and Energy Control is 1.350 ct/kWh excluding VAT.

*Time intervals of maximum  energy consumption during specific months are as follows:
     - in October, November, December, January, February and March – from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. and from        6.00 p.m.        to 8.00 p.m.;
     - in April and September – from 9.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.;
     - in May, June, July and August – from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m;

**Time intervals of moderate  energy consumption - the remaining time not included into the time intervals of maximum  energy consumption, minimum  energy consumption, Saturday, Sunday and official holidays;

***Time intervals of Saturday, Sunday and official holidays – 24 hours on Saturday, Sunday and official holidays, except for the time periods of minimum  energy consumption;

****Time intervals of minimum energy consumption - from 11.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.
